1. Orders
Please email info@hozencollection.com to cancel a newly placed order. Once your request has been received and approved, we will email you an order cancellation confirmation. If your order has shipped by the time the cancellation request is received on our end, please initiate a return via email when you receive the package.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. All items must be in new and unused condition. Please email us via info@hozencollection.com for your exchange request.

2. Payments
Currently, we only accept payment via Shopify Payments and Afterpay North America.
All transactions on Shopify (including our store) strictly follow Level 1 PCI DSS compliance which is the most secure payment processing available. You can learn more about Shopify PCI compliant in this article.
Once your order is received, we will promptly process and ship out within three business days, unless otherwise notified. Courier tracking will be provided to you via email.
This issue may happen because the payment for the order was rejected initially (due to insufficient funds or an error with your banking's system), and it became a pending charge on your bank statement. Your funds should bounce back to the account within a few business days. If the refund isn't reflected in your account within this time frame, please email us via info@hozencollection.com so we may look into and resolve the issue.
Your credit card may be declined for many reasons, including atypical activity, incorrectly entered information, or because you've reached your credit limit.
3. Promos & Discounts
First-time online customers who sign up for our mailing list are offered $20 off their order of $100+. You can find the email subscribe form at the bottom of the homepage or right-hand side bar.
If a current promotion code is not posted to the website, please check your email for the exclusive offer.
Make sure your code hasn't expired and was entered correctly. If you believe there are issues with your code, please contact us via info@hozencollection.com.
In general, our promotions are one per transaction.

4. Delivery
Yes. We currently offer $50 flat rate, live rates, and expedited shipping options.

For domestic orders that elect free standard shipping, we ship with Sendle, the carbon-neutral courier. Expedited domestic orders are often shipped via UPS and international shipped DHL.
5. Return & Exchange
We gladly accept returns of merchandise that is unworn and in its original, sellable condition with all attached tags and packaging. HOZEN has the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. Please email info@hozencollection.com to initiate a return. You will be asked to return all parcels by registered mail to the address provided within 7 working days from receipt. Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. HOZEN is not financially responsible for shipping charges on returns. Be sure to obtain a tracking number as HOZEN is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns while in transit to our facilities. Sale and Custom items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Unless otherwise specified, the refund amount includes only the cost of the product(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless you received the wrong order or products were damaged in transit.

Our gift card allows friends and family the opportunity to make their own selection of HOZEN products. The value never expires. Delivered to you by email - no physical gift card will be issued.
Our gift cards are searchable on the website. Please select a denomination, add to cart, and check out. An electronic gift card will be emailed to the email address provided. No physical gift cards will be issued.

We are proud to offer eco-friendly and vegan accessories that are ethically made in small batches at a fair wage factory in Los Angeles. We operate a carbon neutral website and with carbon neutral shipping. Additionally we donate 10% of our profits to Mercy For Animals. By merging consumerism with good conscience, our goal is to offer you products that look as good as they feel to wear.

All our products are made with innovative eco-friendly and vegan materials. We utilize assorted leather alternatives that are animal-free and made with upcycled or biodegradable mediums. Other items such as our zippers, thread, labels, and tags are made from recycled substances.
We currently manufacture in the Boyle Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles.
All new products in the market have a carbon footprint but our goal through using low impact materials and paying for carbon offsets of shipping our raw materials and final products, as well as for operating our website, is to lessen the effects. Over time as new and more sustainable materials are available, we hope to continue to shrink any negative impact on the planet.
10. Repair / Recycle
HOZEN products with defects in materials or craftsmanship may be repaired by us at no cost to you. Damage from regular wear and tear may be repaired by us for a fee. Please email info@hozencollection.com.
