Q: WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP OUT?

A:Bags are currently made-to-order.  We produce and ship once a month to avoid excess inventory.  Please email rae@hozencollection.com  for details. 

EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY BAG?

A:  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  All domestic returns and exchanges must be requested by emailing rae@hozencollection.com. For exchanges, simply return your bag and place a new order.  Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide the issue and order confirmation number. We will reply with an RA # and prepaid shipping label. $12 will be deducted from your refund to pay for return costs. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. HOZEN is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.  Merchandise must be returned in new/unused condition and original packaging must be intact and in sellable condition. HOZEN has the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
