A: Unless otherwise noted on the product page or communicated via email, bags generally ship within three days of order placement. If you have special considerations, please emaiinfo@hozencollection.com.

EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY BAG?

A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All domestic returns and exchanges must be requested by emailing info@hozencollection.com. For exchanges, simply return your bag and place a new order. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide the issue and order confirmation number. We will provide a prepaid shipping label. $12 will be deducted from your refund to pay for return costs. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of return request / receipt of return label from HOZEN. HOZEN is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns. Merchandise must be returned in new/unused condition and original packaging must be intact and in sellable condition. HOZEN has the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.  Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
